To register and maintain an Account on ZJ777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to: a valid email address, a unique username, date of birth and any additional information required under the applicable KYC framework. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ZJ777 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without prior notice, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from a second Account may be forfeited.
ZJ777 is required to verify the identity and age of Account holders before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC, passport or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ZJ777 may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You must notify ZJ777 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. ZJ777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
The ZJ777 Platform is provided for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only. You may access the Platform for the purpose of playing games, placing sports bets, interacting with live casino features and claiming applicable promotions, subject to these Terms.
All content on the ZJ777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, layout and design — is the property of ZJ777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. ZJ777 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where practicable.
ZJ777 supports a range of payment methods that may include digital wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrency options. References to familiar Pakistani payment tools such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others are provided as contextual references to familiar local payment instruments. Such references do not constitute a partnership, endorsement or affiliation with any financial institution. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and should be confirmed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Illustrative minimum deposits may be in the range of PKR 1,000 to PKR 5,000 depending on the payment method. These figures are illustrative only; actual minimums are displayed in the cashier.
Where PKR display is available, balances are shown in Pakistani Rupees for informational convenience. Actual settlement currencies and any applicable conversion rates are disclosed at the point of transaction. ZJ777 is not responsible for currency conversion fees levied by your payment provider.
You must only deposit funds using payment instruments that are legitimately owned or operated by you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment instruments, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Account holders who have successfully completed KYC verification. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC documentation will not be able to process withdrawal requests until verification is finalised.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. ZJ777 will make reasonable efforts to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes advertised in the cashier. External processing delays attributable to banks, payment processors or network conditions are outside our control.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirement has been fully met and all other applicable promotion-specific conditions have been satisfied. Unused bonus funds are not withdrawable under any circumstances.
ZJ777 may require that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the value deposited via that method. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other promotional incentives offered by ZJ777 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. These general Terms apply in conjunction with promotion-specific terms; in the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's terms. As an illustrative example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement would require PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting winnings could be withdrawn. These figures are illustrative; always check the specific promotion for the applicable requirement.
Whilst a bonus is active in your Account, you must not place individual bets or wagers exceeding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion's terms (typically in the range of PKR 300 to PKR 500 per round or bet, as specified). Exceeding the maximum bet limit during bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the specified claim period will expire automatically. Once a bonus is active, the associated wagering requirement must be completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from activation). Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited.
ZJ777 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with systematically low-risk strategies to meet rollover requirements, exploitation of software errors or loopholes, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct that ZJ777 reasonably determines to be an attempt to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotional offer.
All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by ZJ777. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from the Platform. ZJ777 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, system error, odds errors or where a bet would create an unusual risk exposure.
In the event that odds, game results or payout figures are displayed due to a manifest technical error, ZJ777 reserves the right to correct the error and void or recalculate affected bets. ZJ777 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
Sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL T20, ICC tournaments, Pakistan domestic cricket and international fixtures) and other sports, are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook's rules section. In the event of match abandonment, postponement or other exceptional circumstances, settlement rules for each market type apply as stated. References to Pakistan cricket fixtures, venues including Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan, and tournament structures are for context and do not imply any official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board or any league.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZJ777's total liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
ZJ777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of reputation, loss of anticipated savings or loss of data.
ZJ777 uses third-party game providers, payment processors, data suppliers and technology partners. We are not liable for failures, errors or interruptions attributable to third-party services that are beyond our reasonable operational control.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ZJ777 support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding compliance hold.
ZJ777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ZJ777 has reason to suspect fraudulent, criminal or collusive activity; (c) you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) continued operation of your Account creates compliance, legal or reputational risk to ZJ777; or (e) ZJ777 ceases to offer services to the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, liability limitations and governing law — shall remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZJ777 holds its operating licence. They are not governed by Pakistani law. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ZJ777 Platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. ZJ777 will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support escalation, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by ZJ777's licencing authority.
ZJ777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Account holders via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Where permitted by applicable law, minor or non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication or notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
